Terms and Conditions

• Only first 100 entries shall be eligible for a Free Health Checkup  at Mahim unit.
• Free Health Checkup can be availed from Monday to Thursday of the week only.
• Those eligible for free health checkup can upgrade to higher packages by paying the difference.
• Entries beyond first 100 shall be called up and assisted for paid  Health Checkup appointment. To view our health checkup packages, click here.
• Registration charges of Rs. 300/- to be borne by individuals in case they are not registered with P. D. Hinduja  Hospital.
• P. D. Hinduja Hospital staff is excluded from this offer.
